This 1,500-square-foot home sits on a residential Foggy Bottom block: two blocks from George Washington University and the Foggy Bottom Metro, a five-minute walk to the Kennedy Center, and ten minutes to Georgetown. Close to everything, on a quiet, tree-lined street.

Upstairs, the main bedroom has a king bed with a premium Serta mattress, an en-suite bath with a walk-in shower, and its own 4K Roku TV. The guest bedroom is set as two twin beds and converts to a king (tell us which you'd like before arrival), with a private full bath with a deep tub. Downstairs: a living room with sleeper sofa and 55-inch 4K TV, a dedicated workspace with a Brother printer, dining for six, and a fully equipped KitchenAid kitchen. A full-size Electrolux washer and dryer, with supplies, is on the second floor.

Outside is the amenity guests mention most: a private off-street parking space with a ChargePoint Level 2 EV charger, free with every stay, plus a private enclosed patio with seating for four and a five-burner gas grill.
